Kakadu Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Kakadu (the “Company”, “we”, “us”) regarding your use of the Kakadu service (the “Service”). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Service Description
Kakadu is an international virtual private network service designed to provide privacy, security, and anonymity online. The Service hides your real location and encrypts your traffic to protect your data.
2. Subscription and Pricing
Kakadu offers three subscription plans with automatic renewal:
- Basic
- 1 month — $4.99
- 6 months — $19.99
- 12 months — $39.99
- Plus
- 1 month — $7.99
- 6 months — $29.99
- 12 months — $59.99
- Pro
- 1 month — $11.99
- 6 months — $49.99
- 12 months — $99.99
Subscription Terms:
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the paid period unless canceled in advance.
- Payments are processed via Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- You can cancel your subscription only through the platform where it was originally purchased (App Store or Google Play).
3. Service Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
You are responsible for any activity under your account and must promptly notify our support of any unauthorized access or suspected misuse.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
We strive to maintain a stable, secure, and reliable service. Our team continuously monitors, updates, and supports our infrastructure to minimize interruptions.
However, as with any online service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or sustained connection speeds, especially due to external factors such as:
- Internet Service Provider (ISP) issues
- Government restrictions or blocks
- Network congestion
- Malfunctions on your device
We are not liable for any losses or inconveniences arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Data loss
- Legal violations
- Connectivity problems
- Device malfunctions
5. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription only through the platform where it was purchased (App Store or Google Play). After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the paid period.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for serious violations of these Terms, such as:
- Abuse of account features (e.g., exceeding user limits)
- Device malfunctions
- Attempts to interfere with the Service
- Use of the Service for illegal activities
- Violations of applicable laws
Each case will be reviewed individually. If you believe your access was suspended in error, please contact support to appeal.
6. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the app or via email. Updated Terms take effect upon publication unless otherwise specified.
