We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If for any reason Kakadu does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase.
Refund Terms
- A refund can be requested within 10 calendar days from the date of subscription purchase.
- During this period, a full (100%) refund is available.
- After 10 calendar days, a partial refund may be granted if there is a valid reason (for example, service malfunction).
- Partial refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription period.
- The final decision on the refund and its amount is made by the support team.
